“Awakening started the very first day I arrived in Chamabalabamba”

An Eco-community nestled in nature, surrounded by a river at the base of the Andes mountains, this was what I needed, I was under a spell, that was finally broken.

I was greeted by smiling faces, hugs, and kisses on the cheek that showed appreciation for my existence. “Who are you?” they asked. In that moment, I realized I don’t know who I am, that I had spent my whole life priding myself on being fast and efficient and for the first time I saw beauty all around me that reflected love and realized that I hadn’t known what love was or even friendship, that I had spent my whole life acting how I wanted people to see me.

I knew I didn’t want to spend another moment pretending to be someone I wasn’t. This was my truth, which placed me on a path of self-discovery.

Later that day I learned about the powerful magnetic properties of the iron-filled mountains surrounding Vilcabamba and used this to my advantage, each day I turned inward to my heart, asking, “What is your purpose today?”

I realized having a purpose was key to obtaining that purpose, and speaking my intentions out loud tuned my intuition to gain the wisdom effortlessly.

I have devoted years to inner reflection and interpersonal coaching- I now serve by helping others illuminate their path by facilitating “Awakening Vacations” we meet regularly to learn techniques to build self-trust, and self-value to awaken your senses, communicate with your inner world, while observing subtle internal shifts and learning how to calmly harmonize and balance your inner world while you enjoy experiencing unique opportunities that awaken the sleeping soul.
